6 Members Selected for 2024 Trial Counsel Development Program

Fifteen barristers were selected as part of this year’s Criminal Law Trial Counsel Development Program – a joint initiative between the Victoria Legal Aid (VLA) and the Victorian Bar.
 
The Program aims to to develop and support trial capability at the Bar and ensure legally aided accused have access to experienced counsel by providing opportunities to selected junior counsel by partnering them with senior trial advocates in criminal trials.
 
We were thrilled to see six members of Parnell’s Barristers within that group, with Jonathan Barrera,Holly Baxter, Greer Boe, Sophie Coulson, Daye GangJessica Hotchkin chosen.
