Ashlee Cannon has a solid criminal practice, with appearances in numerous trials and committals. She accepts briefs for all criminal matters, including Trials, Committals, Summary Contests and Appeals. Ashlee has been selected as a Victoria Legal Aid Criminal Trial Preferred Barrister List.
Allied to her criminal practice, Ashlee appears in applications for family violence and personal safety intervention orders. She has also appeared in industrial matters at Fair Work Australia and matters at VCAT, including domestic building disputes and cost complaints.
Ashlee has spent her entire working career in the law, running her own transcript business for many years. After completing her law degree, she spent two and a half years working at the County Court as a Judge’s associate, prior to joining the Bar.
