Colin Mandy SC is Chair of Parnell’s Barristers and has extensive experience across criminal trials, occupational health and safety, administrative law, judicial review and coronial inquests.
His practice includes complex and serious criminal matters, as well as significant appellate work. He has successfully defended terrorism allegations before a jury in the Supreme Court of Victoria and maintains a substantial practice in appellate matters, including appearances before the High Court of Australia.
Rishi Nathwani KC – Preeminent
Rishi Nathwani KC is an internationally recognised criminal barrister with extensive experience in serious and complex criminal matters.
Before joining the Victorian Bar, Rishi practised at the Bar of England and Wales for more than eleven years, where he developed a significant criminal practice. Appointed silk in 2023, his practice in Australia covers the most serious criminal matters, including murder, terrorism, organised crime and white collar offences.
Rishi is also regularly instructed in regulatory matters, confiscation proceedings, coronial inquests and public inquiries, and maintains a strong appellate practice.
Neil Clelland KC’s principal practice is defence work in commercial crime, including criminal prosecutions, civil penalty proceedings and matters arising from investigations by ASIC, the ATO and the ACCC.
He also appears in Royal Commissions, inquiries and a range of disciplinary and domestic tribunals, bringing extensive experience to complex commercial and regulatory matters.
