Biography

Tom practises primarily in criminal law, regularly appearing in jury trials and quasi-criminal proceedings such as fitness investigations and coercive hearings. Tom has a developing appellate practice, for instance:

Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts (hons) from La Trobe University, a Masters of Environment and Sustainability from Monash University, and a Bachelor of Laws (hons) from Deakin University.
