Rachel accepts briefs in criminal, quasi-criminal and administrative law matters across Victoria.
Prior to joining the Victorian Bar, Rachel was Associate to his Honour Judge Lauritsen in the County Court of Victoria, working across the Criminal, Common Law and Commercial Divisions.
She previously worked at Victoria Legal Aid as a Senior Lawyer, where she managed and appeared in a broad range of summary and indictable criminal matters, including sexual offences, drug matters and violent offences.
Rachel has a particular interest in working with vulnerable clients in therapeutic courts.
She has experience in referring and representing clients in the Assessment and Referral Court (ARC).
Rachel is reading with Sam Tovey. Her senior mentor is Sharon Lacy SC.
