Mark accepts briefs to appear in all criminal and quasi-criminal matters in metropolitan and regional courts.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Mark practised as a solicitor advocate in private practice at Matthew White and Associates. He also spent time at Victoria Legal Aid and the Victoria Aboriginal Legal Service.
Mark appears in the Supreme Court, County Court, Magistrates’ Court and Children’s Court.
Mark also has experience appearing and advising in quasi-criminal matters including Royal Commissions and coercive hearings. Mark read with Judge Marcus Dempsey of the County Court. His Senior Mentor is John Kelly SC.
