Will accepts briefs to appear and advise in criminal and quasi-criminal matters, including administrative law and regulatory proceedings.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Will was a Senior Associate at Stary Norton Halphen & Galbally, where he practised for five years.
Will has extensive experience appearing in all areas of criminal law including pleas, bail applications, contested hearings, appeals, committals and as junior trial counsel. He has appeared in contested intervention order proceedings and instructed complex conviction/sentence appeal proceedings before the Court of Appeal.
He has had carriage of wide-ranging summary and indictable crime matters, including those involving allegations of homicide, drug trafficking and importation, white-collar crime, terrorism, family violence and sexual offences.
Will is reading with Lucien Richter and his senior mentor is Georgina Connelly SC.
